Terms of Service

Prototype notice. Tirolban is experimental software under active development. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed or discontinued. Use sample data only and do not rely on the prototype for financial records, tax reporting or legal compliance.

1. Operator

Tirolban is an independent software prototype developed and operated by Ilhom Tuychiev, Shark Street 4, 735700 Khujand, Tajikistan (“Developer”, “we”, “us”). Contact: [email protected].

2. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. By accessing the website or participating in prototype testing, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

3. Purpose of the service

Tirolban is intended to help users capture, review, categorize and summarize personal expense information. It is not a bank, payment service, accounting system or financial adviser, and it does not move or hold money.

4. Testing rules

Use only sample or appropriately redacted materials. Do not upload payment-card details, passwords, account credentials, government identifiers, health information or documents containing another person’s confidential data. You are responsible for checking every recognized amount, date and category.

5. AI limitations

Photo recognition may misread handwriting, totals, currencies, dates, merchants or categories. Outputs are suggestions and may be wrong. You must verify them before relying on any budget record.

6. License and acceptable use

We grant prototype participants a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to test the service. You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, automate abusive access, upload unlawful material, impersonate another person or use the service to violate applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

The Tirolban name, interface, software and original content remain the property of the Developer. Feedback may be used to improve the project without obligation, while you retain ownership of your original materials.

8. Availability and termination

We may limit, suspend or end access at any time because this is a prototype. You may stop participating at any time and request deletion of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for lost records, incorrect recognition, budgeting decisions, indirect loss or inability to access the prototype.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts in Khujand, Tajikistan, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms as the prototype evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
