1. Who is responsible

2. Information we may collect

We may receive contact details you voluntarily provide when joining the tester group; device and diagnostic data needed to operate and improve the prototype; feedback and support messages; and images or extracted expense information you intentionally submit while testing.

3. Sensitive information

Do not submit payment-card information, passwords, account credentials, identity documents, health records or unredacted documents about other people. Use sample or redacted receipts during the prototype stage.

4. Why we use information

We use information to respond to tester enquiries, operate the prototype, process user-requested photo recognition, diagnose faults, protect the service and evaluate product improvements. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of a requested service, consent, compliance with law and our legitimate interest in developing a secure prototype.

5. AI processing

Images submitted for recognition may be processed by technical service providers solely to extract expense-related information. Recognition results can be inaccurate. We do not use submitted documents for advertising and do not sell personal information.

6. Sharing

Information may be shared with hosting, communications, diagnostics and image-processing providers acting on our instructions, or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell or rent personal data.

7. Retention

Tester contact and feedback are kept while the prototype program is active and normally deleted within 12 months after it ends. Support records may be retained for up to 24 months. Prototype images and extracted data should be deleted when processing or testing no longer requires them, unless a shorter period is stated inside the app.

8. International processing

Technical providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information during international transfers.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent. Contact us using the email above. You may also complain to the relevant data-protection authority in your country.

10. Cookies

This website uses only strictly necessary browser storage to remember dismissal of the cookie notice and maintain basic functionality. No advertising cookies are used.

11. Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no prototype can guarantee absolute security. Tirolban is not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
